Gastronomy and Agriculture

Experience the magic of local agricultural production through hands-on workshops and "farm-to-table" experiences.

Hotel Puerto Edén was born from the dream of a visionary couple who transformed a land devastated by cattle farming into a sanctuary of life, wellness, and sustainability. What was once depleted ground is now a regenerated space with over 500,000 trees planted, creating a haven for biodiversity and wildlife.

Committed to conservation, they have implemented regenerative farming practices and produce organic fertilizer, showing that it's possible to care for the land while maintaining agricultural productivity. This place invites visitors to actively participate in its mission to protect nature, offering an immersive and educational experience.

We aim to be a leader in sustainable tourism, offering a deep connection with nature and setting an example of how we can transform the world, one step at a time. Join us and become part of this story of change!
